  1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
  2. Search for eStorePOS and click Install Now, or upload the estorepos plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
  3. Activate eStorePOS from the Plugins screen.
  4. Open eStorePOS in the WordPress admin sidebar.
  5. Click Open POS and start selling.

What is eStorePOS?

eStorePOS is a point of sale plugin for WordPress eCommerce that turns an online store into an in-person retail checkout system. It lets you scan products, build carts, accept cash or manually recorded card payments, print receipts, and create orders from one POS screen.

Which eCommerce platforms does eStorePOS support?

Version 1.0.1 supports FluentCart. Support for additional WordPress eCommerce platforms is planned for future releases.

Do my online store and POS share the same inventory?

Yes. eStorePOS creates orders through your connected store platform and updates the same inventory used by your online store. You do not need to maintain a second POS catalog.

Can I scan product barcodes?

Yes. You can use a standard hardware barcode scanner or a supported device camera to find and add products at the counter.

Can eStorePOS generate and print barcode labels?

Yes. The built-in barcode-label designer can include a product name, price, SKU, barcode, variations, and attributes. Set the required label dimensions and print through your browser.

Which payment methods are supported?

The free version supports cash and manually recorded card payments. For cards, process the payment on your own terminal and optionally save a reference or the last four digits with the POS order. eStorePOS does not process or transmit card data.

Can I apply discounts and coupons at the POS?

Yes. eStorePOS supports per-line discounts and coupons available through the current eCommerce integration.

Can I create or find customers during checkout?

Yes. Search existing customers or create a customer directly from the POS. You can also complete a sale using a walk-in guest customer.

Can I print custom receipts?

Yes. Add your store name and logo, customize the header and footer, choose which fields appear, and print automatically or manually through your browser.

Can I refund a POS order?

Yes. Open the POS order and process the refund through your connected store platform. You can also view order details and reprint the receipt.

Does eStorePOS include sales reports?

Yes. The free plugin includes Sales, Orders, Customers, and Products reports with date-range filters and comparison data. The dashboard also shows daily totals and payment breakdowns.

Does eStorePOS support cashiers, shifts, and multiple outlets?

The free version uses existing WordPress users as Admin, Manager, or Cashier POS operators. Dedicated cashier accounts with PIN login, shifts, cash-drawer management, and multiple outlets are available in eStorePOS Pro.

Which receipt and label printers work with eStorePOS?

You can use any printer available through your browser. Set the required output size for receipt printers, thermal roll label printers, or sheet printers, then print using your browser's standard print dialog.

Does eStorePOS send store data to an external service?

No. eStorePOS does not call an external service. POS sales, customers, products, inventory, payments, receipts, and reports stay on your WordPress website.
