EU Warranty Ready integrates the official EU harmonised legal guarantee notice into WooCommerce, with automatic support for all 24 official EU languages.
The free plugin adds the official notice to WooCommerce product pages, classic checkout, Checkout Blocks, and customer order emails. Its readiness view explains whether the legal notice and optional GARAN setup are ready, incomplete, not eligible, or outside the safe artwork fit. It automatically selects the appropriate language from the current product or variation translation, the visitor's active WPML or Polylang language, or the WordPress locale, with a safe English fallback. It also supports product-specific EU GARAN commercial durability labels for eligible producer guarantees and manual placement through a shortcode. Everything runs locally inside WordPress: no external account, no SaaS dependency, and no customer data is transmitted.

- Open WooCommerce > EU Warranty Ready.
- Leave the notice language on Automatic to follow the translated product, visitor language, or WordPress locale, or select one of the 24 supported EU languages.
- Open a WooCommerce product page and use the legal guarantee link to view the official notice.
- For an eligible product, open Product data > General and complete the EU GARAN eligibility assistant and product fields.
- For manual placement, add
[eu_warranty_ready], optionally usingcontent="notice",content="garan", orproduct_id="123". Without a product context or ID, the shortcode shows the legal notice and omits GARAN.

Does this plugin make my store legally compliant?
No. The plugin helps display the official EU harmonised legal guarantee notice and eligible EU GARAN label in the supported WooCommerce location. It does not provide or guarantee legal compliance and is not legal advice.
Does the plugin alter the official EU artwork?
The bundled legal-guarantee notice SVG files are redistributed unmodified. For EU GARAN, the plugin uses the official label templates and fills only the designated editable duration, producer name (Brand/Trademark field), and model fields.
Which languages are included?
The official notice artwork is included for all 24 official EU languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, and Swedish.
When should I enable EU GARAN?
Use EU GARAN only for an eligible commercial durability guarantee offered by the producer at no additional cost, covering the entire good, and lasting more than two years. The plugin asks for explicit confirmations and supporting product information before a new GARAN configuration can be enabled.
Does the plugin send customer data to another service?
No. The plugin runs inside WordPress and does not transmit customer data to an external SaaS service. When a visitor follows an official information link, their browser opens the corresponding European Commission or Your Europe page.
Does the plugin store warranty snapshots with orders?
No. Version 1.4 displays live information from the current product or variation. It does not write warranty snapshots, hashes, or historical evidence to order metadata.
