From Gutenberg Editor:

1. Go to the WordPress Block/Gutenberg Editor
2. Search for the Block Directory
3. Click on the Block Directory to add the block Download & Upload:
4. Download the Awesome FAQ plugin (faq-and-answers.zip file)
5. In your admin area, go to the Plugins menu and click on Add New
6. Click on Upload Plugin and choose the faq-and-answer.zip file
7. Click Install Now, then Activate the plugin, and enjoy! Manually:
8. Download and upload the Awesome FAQ plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
9. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
