Finseed is for businesses that use WooCommerce and need to issue invoices in Spain under Verifactu. It is designed for stores selling in mainland Spain, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the European Union or internationally. It covers goods, services, business customers and consumers.
Plans start at €14.95/month, paid monthly with no annual commitment. Every plan includes the complete Verifactu invoicing flow. See current plans at https://www.finseed.es/productos/verifactu-woocommerce.
Yes. Test mode is free, unlimited and does not require a card. You can use your real store and review the invoices Finseed would issue without sending anything to the AEAT. Activate real invoicing only when you are ready.
No. Finseed is an AEAT colaborador social and submits invoices on your behalf with its own certificate. You do not need to obtain, install, renew or share one.
The AEAT does not issue an official approval certificate for Verifactu software. Spanish law requires the software provider to publish a responsible declaration. Finseed's declaration is public at https://www.finseed.es/declaracion-responsable. Finseed is also an AEAT colaborador social.
Finseed creates and submits the corresponding corrective invoice automatically. This includes partial refunds. If a customer returns one item, the correction reflects that item and its taxes.
Finseed classifies each line from your business location, the customer's location and tax status, and whether you sold goods or services. It supports IVA, IGIC, IPSI, OSS, reverse charge, export exemptions and international place-of-supply rules.
Buyers provide their tax details when they request a full invoice or when the order requires one. Other customers can complete the purchase without an unnecessary mandatory NIF field. Finseed validates the number before invoicing.
Yes. Finseed supports the classic checkout and the block checkout. It also works with HPOS, WPML and WooCommerce Subscriptions.
Yes. Finseed invoices WooCommerce orders when they reach the status you choose, regardless of whether the customer paid with Redsys, Stripe, PayPal, Bizum, bank transfer, cash on delivery or another gateway.
No. Full, simplified and corrective invoices, branded PDFs, customer delivery, reports and exports are included. If you already use another PDF invoice plugin, disable it when you activate Finseed to avoid duplicate invoice numbering.
Yes. Set the next number for each invoice series and continue from your current sequence without waiting until January.
Yes. Create individual invoices in Finseed for physical-store, telephone or other off-site sales. You can also connect several WooCommerce stores to the same business.
Your checkout stays open and the sale completes. Pending order activity is reconciled when the service is available again, then the invoices are issued.
Yes. Export your invoices and data whenever you want. You keep access to your historical records after cancelling, so they remain available for your accountant or a future tax inspection.
See "External services" above for the exact data, destination and timing. "Data the plugin stores in your store" explains what remains in WordPress.
