Search Visibility is a
unified on-site visibility auditor and task manager, not an SEO generator suite and not another llms.txt-only tool.
It inspects your public WordPress site, unifies SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) diagnostics, detects analytics tags, checks search engine indexability, analyzes AI crawler behavior, and turns all findings into a
prioritized, actionable task checklist (open, fix, mark done). You keep your favorite SEO plugins (Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO, or SEOPress) for titles, canonicals, sitemaps, and schema generation.
The plugin measures
on-site readiness and crawler visibility. It does
not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, or inclusion in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, or any other third-party product.
Unified Visibility Dashboard
Search Visibility consolidates 9 core visibility facets into a single, cohesive interface:
- Overview: High-level SEO health score, GEO readiness score (0–100), active open issue counts, and last audit timestamps.
- SEO Audit: Inspects public pages for title lengths, meta descriptions, heading structures (H1–H3), image alt text, canonical links, indexability directives, and structured data schemas.
- Analytics Setup: Safely detects GA4 (
G-...) and GTM (GTM-...) tags, flags duplicate installations, and documents verification limitations without executing third-party scripts.
- Search Engine Setup: Inspects robots.txt directives, XML sitemaps, indexability flags, provides a manual Google Search Console (GSC) checklist, and connects read-only GSC property data where authorized.
- AI Crawler Insights: Visualizes actual crawler traffic from Cloudflare GraphQL Analytics, imported server access logs, or an optional origin logger. Displays request distributions, top requested URLs, status code breakdowns (200s, 301s, 403s, 404s), and reverse-DNS verification status.
- AI Crawler Accessibility: RFC 9309 robots.txt compliance checker and bounded diagnostic HTTP tests to verify whether major AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot-Extended, etc.) appear able to reach public content.
- Recommendations Engine: Prioritizes issues across all audit domains (High, Medium, Low, Info) with clear evidence, rationale, and direct edit links. Supports marking items resolved.
- Reports & Exports: One-click clean, printable/downloadable executive HTML reports and structured CSV data exports.
- Integrations & Privacy: Transparent control panel for connected services (GSC, Cloudflare, GreeLogix), authorization scopes, explicit consent controls, disconnect actions, and complete data deletion.
