Flex Forms is a modular and flexible form builder plugin for WordPress, designed to be lightweight yet feature-rich. It allows you to quickly build forms with various field types, manage submissions, and integrate with your theme and workflow easily.

安装:
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/flex-formsdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugin screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
- Navigate to Flex Forms → All Forms and click Add Form.
- Use the generated shortcode to embed the form into any page or post.
