This plugin is a floating ad plugin. You can place your ad at the top of your blog and it will stay there although you scroll the page. You can comment at here. See the demo here.

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Place <?php
$floatad = new floatad ();
$floatad->displayad(); ?> right after the tag on your theme file. You could probably find it at header.php.
