The quickest method for installing the Slick Popup Lite plugin is:
  1. Visit Plugins -> Add New in the WordPress dashboard
  2. Search for "Floating Icons"
  3. Click "Install Now"
  4. Finally click "Activate Plugin"
If you are WordPress fan and prefer to do things manually then follow these instructions:
  1. Upload the floating-icons folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Edit settings from the Dashboard Options page "Floating Icons"

Plugin will work in WP 3.2+. However, we recommend using the latest version.

Is it possible to enable icons only for a selected page?

Yes, you can do it in Plugin settings, just check for the "Select Page" options in the settings.
