Fördercheck – BEG-Förderrechner 2026

Fördercheck shows homeowners in Germany within two minutes how much public funding they can expect for renovating their house. It implements the German federal funding rules (BEG) in force since 21 July 2026:

• Heating replacement grant KfW 458: base grant, income-based bonus and climate speed bonus, including the half-yearly reductions from February 2027
• BAFA individual measures for insulation, windows and doors, with the renovation roadmap (iSFP) bonus and the doubled cost cap
• Comparison with the income tax reduction under § 35c EStG
• Notes on deadlines, cost caps and requirements (energy efficiency expert, contract with condition precedent)
