详情介绍:

Food Info Nutrition Labels adds a clean, accurate nutrition label to your recipe posts, calculated from your own country's official food database. Every country's food scientists log regional variations in food, so a UK, Australian or French recipe ends up with numbers that reflect a different nutritional outcome. This plugin picks your national database automatically: …and falls back across all five so nothing goes unmatched. Using WP Recipe Maker? The block reads the ingredients straight off the recipe card on the post. A button appears above the ingredients box when there is a card to read, and it fills in the ingredients, the servings and the recipe name, so you are not typing the same list twice. Once the figures are calculated you can send them back into the card with one click, so your recipe card shows nutrition worked out from national data rather than estimated. How it works. Add the "Food Info Nutrition Labels" block to a recipe, paste your ingredient list (or pull it from your recipe card), choose servings and your country, and click Calculate. You get a full label, per serving and per 100 g, that you can publish as-is. The nutrition is worked out once, when you click Calculate, and saved into the post, so your page loads stay fast and never depend on an outside service. Free. No account, no API key, no per-recipe cost. Powered by the same engine behind Food Info.

安装:

  1. Install and activate the plugin.
  2. Edit a recipe post and add the Food Info Nutrition Labels block.
  3. Paste your ingredients (one per line), pick servings and your country, and click Calculate nutrition.
  4. Publish. The label renders on the page. It lists the national food database(s) used; an optional "Nutrition by Food Info" credit link can be switched on per block (off by default).

常见问题:

Is it really free?

Yes. No account, no API key, no per-recipe charge.

Does it slow down my site?

No. The nutrition is calculated once, when you click Calculate in the editor, and stored in the post. Visitors see a static label, with no outside calls on page load.

Which countries are supported?

The UK, US, Australia, France and Denmark each map to their national food database; other countries use USDA FoodData Central as the default. More national databases are being added.

How accurate is it?

Ingredients are matched deterministically against curated national food data. A line the engine isn't fully sure about is flagged so you can double-check before publishing.

Does it add a link to my published pages?

Only if you ask it to. The credit link is off by default and nothing about the plugin changes if you leave it off. If you do switch it on for a label, new labels you add afterwards will include it too, so you are not repeating the same click on every recipe. The editor tells you the moment that happens. You can turn it off for any single label, or switch the default off entirely under Settings → Writing — and once you have set it there, that choice sticks and crediting another label will not quietly undo it. Labels you have already published are never changed retroactively. The label always names the national food database the figures came from, whether or not the credit is on. That is factual attribution of the data source, not a promotion, and it is what makes the numbers checkable by your readers.
