Yes. Formelya lets you create and manage as many questionnaires as you need.
Are responses stored on my website?
Yes. Questionnaires and responses are stored in your WordPress database. Uploaded files are stored in a dedicated private directory within your WordPress installation.
Does Formelya use an external service to store responses?
No. Formelya's core functionality and questionnaire storage do not require an external service.
Can I embed a questionnaire on a page?
Yes. Each questionnaire includes a shortcode in the form [formelya id="123"].
Can participants resume a questionnaire later?
Yes. Secure personal links allow respondents to save their progress and return later using the same link.
Can users upload files?
Yes. Formelya supports JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, DOC, and DOCX files, subject to the upload size limit configured by the administrator.
