From the WordPress plugin directory
- Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
- Search for "Formulario para Libro de Reclamaciones en Peru".

- Go to Reclamos > Configuracion and complete the company information.
- Create or assign the form, confirmation, and public lookup pages.

Does the plugin delete claims when it is uninstalled?
No, not by default. The plugin includes a setting that allows administrators to delete plugin data during uninstall when that behavior is explicitly enabled.
Can I test email delivery on localhost?
Yes. The plugin uses wp_mail by default, and includes a local log mode that stores generated emails as HTML files, so you can test submissions without PHP mail, SMTP, or external email services.
Does the plugin work with SMTP services?
Yes. When the email delivery mode is set to wp_mail / SMTP, the plugin sends emails through WordPress wp_mail. If the site has an SMTP plugin or service configured, such as SendGrid, Brevo, Post SMTP, or WP Mail SMTP, that service handles the delivery through WordPress.
Can I customize claim statuses?
Yes. Administrators can create and edit statuses from the WordPress dashboard.
