Fruttata – Service Quote Calculator lets cleaners, painters, gardeners, movers, photographers, caterers and other service businesses show an instant price on their WordPress site, then collect the enquiry. Prices always stay visible. Customers never have to hand over contact details to see a price. The full price list stays on your server: visitors only see the questions, never your rates or formulas. Everything runs on your own site. No account, no monthly fee, no limit on enquiries and no tracking scripts. Build a calculator in minutes

• Start from one of 10 business templates, or from scratch.
• Questions: number, single choice, multiple choice, checkbox, text, long text, date, length × width measurements and formulas.
• Show or hide questions based on earlier answers. Hidden answers never change the price.
• Pricing: base price, per-unit rates, quantity tiers, fixed charges, multipliers, minimum price, tax and an optional price range.
• Live preview while you edit.
• Add it with the Service Quote Calculator block or the [service_quote id="123"] shortcode. Works with Elementor and other page builders through their shortcode element.

Formulas, calculated on your server Write spreadsheet-style rules such as IF(rooms > 3, rooms * 20, 50) or MAX(40, area * 2.5).

• Functions: IF, MIN, MAX, ROUND, CEIL, FLOOR, ABS, AND, OR, NOT, HAS and COUNT.
• Use earlier answers and the running subtotal.
• Formulas use question IDs that never change when you reorder questions.
• A formula can add a charge or show a calculated value, such as estimated hours.
• Formulas are parsed by the plugin itself. Nothing is evaluated as PHP or JavaScript, and customers never see them.

Discounts

• Percentage or fixed discount per calculator, with an optional minimum order and your own name for it ("Spring offer").
• Customers see "You save …" and an itemized line.

Enquiries

• Contact form with consent checkbox, honeypot and rate limiting.
• Enquiry dashboard with status, internal notes, search and CSV export.

Privacy-friendly stats

• Views, starts, quotes calculated and enquiries per calculator, for the last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days.
• Stored as anonymous daily counts on your own site. No cookies, no visitor IDs, no third-party analytics.

Accessibility Calculators, the quote page and the admin screens are built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA:

• Real labels, visible focus and keyboard-only use.
• Results and errors are announced to screen readers.
• Contrast is checked on the default colour presets.
• Animation is reduced when the visitor asks for it.

We test with axe-core automated checks and keyboard-only walkthroughs. That is not a formal audit: if you find a barrier, please report it in the support forum and we will fix it. If you choose your own colours, check their contrast. Light text on a light background can fall below WCAG levels. Privacy

• Enquiries are stored in your WordPress database.
• Retention is configurable; enquiries are deleted after 90 days unless you change it.
• WordPress's personal data export and erase tools are supported.
• Rate limiting uses short-lived keyed hashes; raw IP addresses are not saved.
• The plugin adds suggested text to your privacy policy guide.

1. Install from Plugins → Add New, or upload the ZIP. Activate.
2. Open Service Quote → Template library and choose a template, or create your own.
3. Replace the example prices with your own. Test answers in the live preview.
4. Publish, then add the block or shortcode to a page.
5. Send a test enquiry and check the Enquiries screen and your email.

For network installations, activate on each site separately.
