FXOapps Order Returns for WooCommerce adds a complete return workflow to WooCommerce stores. Logged-in customers start returns from My Account → Retur on eligible completed orders within your configured return period. Shop staff manage every request from Order Returns in wp-admin with status updates, search, filters, and email notifications when a new return is submitted. This WordPress.org edition works without a license key or external account. Free Features Admin Dashboard View return totals, open and completed counts, recent activity, status breakdown charts, return-option distribution, and a timeline for the recent period. See Screenshot 1. Return Management Browse return requests in a searchable, filterable list with pagination. Open individual requests to review order and product details, customer contact information, return reason, handover details, selected return option, bank details when provided, and update return status. 安装:

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
  2. Install FXOapps Order Returns for WooCommerce through the WordPress Plugins screen, or upload the fxoapps-order-returns-woocommerce folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. On activation, the plugin registers the Retur WooCommerce My Account endpoint.
  5. Go to Order Returns → Settings and configure your return period, return flow, return options, handover preferences, and appearance.
  6. Customers can start returns from My Account → Retur once return flow and options are configured.

Does this plugin require WooCommerce?

Yes. WooCommerce must be installed and active.

Does this plugin require a license or external account?

No. This WordPress.org release works without a license key, subscription, or fxoapps.com account.

Where can customers start a return?

Logged-in customers use My Account → Retur. The plugin adds this WooCommerce account endpoint automatically.

Which orders can be returned?

By default, customers can return products from completed orders that are still within the configured return period (days since order completion).

Can return reasons and product conditions be configured?

Yes. Under Order Returns → Settings → Return Flow, you can add product condition labels, return reasons, optional detail fields, and choose who pays return shipping for each reason.

Can return options be configured?

Yes. Return Options lets you enable built-in options such as bank transfer, coupon, and product exchange, and edit their customer-facing labels.

Can courier handover be configured?

Yes. Handover settings let you enable courier returns, choose whether the shop or customer arranges the courier, and edit the related customer notices.

How do administrators manage incoming returns?

Use Order Returns → Returns for the list and search, and open any request to review details and update its status. Order Returns → Dashboard provides summary statistics and charts.

Can the frontend appearance be customized?

Yes. Order Returns → Settings → Appearance controls colors, border radius, input styling, and theme compatibility for the return wizard.

Does the plugin send email notifications?

Yes. When a customer submits a new return, the plugin sends a confirmation email to the customer and a notification to the admin email configured in settings. Email notifications when return status changes are available in PRO.

What is included in Free versus PRO?

Free includes the full core return workflow for logged-in customers, admin dashboard, return list and details, settings, appearance, translations, and new-return email notifications. PRO adds guest returns, group returns, advanced reporting, automation, stock restore, store credit coupons, and the other features listed under PRO Features above.

Does it work with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce custom order tables (HPOS).

Does the plugin call external services?

No. This release does not phone home, send telemetry, or contact a license server.
