This plugin automatically connects GamiPress with Awesome Support adding new activity events.
New Events For Agents
- Open a new ticket: When an agent opens or gets assigned to a new ticket.
- Reply to ticket: When an agent replies to a ticket.
- Close a ticket: When an agent's ticket gets closed.
- Open a new ticket: When a client opens or gets assigned to a new ticket.
- Reply to ticket: When a client replies to a ticket.
- Close a ticket: When a client's ticket gets closed.
安装:
From WordPress backend
- Navigate to Plugins -> Add new.
- Click the button "Upload Plugin" next to "Add plugins" title.
- Upload the downloaded zip file and activate it.
- Upload the downloaded zip file into your
wp-content/plugins/folder. - Unzip the uploaded zip file.
- Navigate to Plugins menu on your WordPress admin area.
- Activate this plugin.
