Will this pollute my SureCart "Coupons" admin list?
No. Gift cards are stored in their own database ledger. Temporary bridge tokens used during checkout to inform payment gateways of discounts are immediately deleted upon order completion.
Do I need to use shortcodes?
For products, no! The plugin automatically intercepts the single product template for any SureCart product set to "GiftRocket Gift Card". However, you can optionally use the [giftrocket_balance_check] shortcode on any page or post so customers can check their remaining gift card balance.
How can customers check their gift card balance?
Customers can check their balance directly at checkout via the "🎁 Have a gift card?" accordion, or on any dedicated page using the [giftrocket_balance_check] shortcode.
Can customers use a gift card across multiple orders?
Yes. If an order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.
Can I add my own card designs?
