Grundly turns your real estate website into a lead generator for seller inquiries. The widget is loaded via script and runs on grundly.de. This plugin is the official WordPress wrapper (settings + shortcode) to make integration as simple as possible for real estate agents.

安装:

  1. Install and activate the plugin.
  2. A Grundly account is required. New to Grundly? Create an account (7-day trial): https://grundly.de
  3. After registration, find your credentials in the Grundly dashboard:
  4. Makler ID
  5. Widget ID
  6. In WordPress, open Grundly (left sidebar) or Settings -> Grundly Widget and enter Makler ID and Widget ID.
  7. Add the shortcode to a page:
  8. [grundly] Optional (overrides saved settings):
  9. [grundly makler_id="makler_xxx" widget_id="widget_xxx"]

Do I need a Grundly account?

Yes. This plugin is the WordPress integration. You receive Makler ID and Widget ID after registration in the Grundly dashboard. Without an account, the widget cannot be connected.

Where do I find Makler ID and Widget ID?

After signup, both values are available in your Grundly dashboard. Then enter them in WordPress under Grundly or Settings -> Grundly Widget.

What happens after installation - how does this become a lead generator?

Connect the plugin to your Grundly account (Makler ID + Widget ID) and add the shortcode to a page. From then on, homeowners can submit their details via the valuation form and you receive the lead.

Which data do I receive as an agent?

You receive contact and property data, typically including name, email, phone, plus key property details entered by the homeowner.

How fast can I go live?

Usually within a few minutes: activate plugin -> enter IDs -> add shortcode.

Do I need to edit code?

No. Everything is done via plugin settings and shortcode.

Does it work with all themes/page builders?

Yes. The shortcode works with most themes and page builders in pages, posts, and shortcode/text blocks.

Can I adapt the widget to my branding?

Yes. Depending on your Grundly settings, you can adapt appearance (for example colors/branding). See details in Grundly.

I cannot see the widget or it does not load - what is the usual reason?

Most often Makler ID/Widget ID is incorrect, or your domain is not yet authorized in your Grundly account. Check plugin IDs first, then domain settings in Grundly.

Does WordPress store my leads?

No. Lead capture and processing run via the Grundly widget and Grundly backend. This plugin only provides integration.
