GS Coach – Professional Team Showcase for Coaches & Consultants

GS Coach helps you create structured coach profiles and display them in professional WordPress layouts. You can add profile information, organize coaches, and place coach showcases on pages or posts without building a custom directory from scratch.

After installing and activating GS Coach, go to GS Coach → Add New Coach. Add the coach’s name, description, profile image, and any available details, then publish the profile. You can check Add New Coach section » for a visual explanation.

Use consistent square images for the cleanest grid and profile presentation. A 400 × 400 pixel image is the existing recommendation, although a larger optimized square image can appear sharper on high-density screens. Keep the same aspect ratio for all coaches and compress images before uploading.

Go to GS Coach → Shortcode, create or edit a showcase, and configure its layout and query settings. Copy the generated shortcode, such as it is, and paste it into a page, post, shortcode block, or compatible page-builder module. Follow to create a New Shortcode » docs.

Place the generated shortcode inside WordPress’s do_shortcode() function in the relevant template file: ` ` Use a child theme or another update-safe customization method so a theme update does not overwrite the change.

GS Coach does not impose a fixed limit on the number of coach profiles you can create. The number that can be displayed efficiently on one page depends on hosting resources, image optimization, layout choice, filters, and pagination settings.

You can build profiles with information such as profession, experience, education, location, contact details, availability, fees, skills, certificates, websites, course links, social links, descriptions, reviews, and ratings. Available fields may vary by version.

Yes. GS Coach supports organizing coaches through Coach Groups and additional taxonomies. Depending on the selected layout and version, you can include or exclude selected terms and create filterable coach displays.

Yes. GS Coach provides layout, column, image, content visibility, color, typography, filter, and other display controls. Additional layouts and advanced customization options are available in GS Coach PRO.

Yes. GS Coach includes responsive controls for desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. You can choose different column counts for different screen sizes to keep coach profiles readable and simple to use.

GS Coach supports popular page builders, including Gutenberg, Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Beaver Builder, Oxygen, UX Builder for Flatsome, and TagDiv. Use a dedicated GS Coach element where available or insert the generated shortcode into a compatible module. Check Page Builder Support » docs.

Confirm that the shortcode exists, at least one coach profile is published, and the shortcode ID is correct. Check Query Settings for restrictive Include or Exclude rules, confirm selected taxonomy terms contain coaches, and clear WordPress, builder, CDN, and browser caches after making changes.

Go to WordPress Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes to refresh WordPress rewrite rules. Then review the coach slug and archive settings, clear all caches, and make sure the coach slug does not conflict with an existing page or post type.

Open Query Settings for the shortcode. Select Coach Name, ID, Date, or another available option under Order By, then choose ASC or DESC under Order. Save the shortcode to apply the new order. Check Query Settings » docs.

Go to GS Coach → Sort Order and drag the coaches into the preferred sequence. Then edit the shortcode, open Query Settings, set Order By to Custom Order, and set Order to ASC. Save the shortcode and verify the frontend display. Check Sort Order » docs.
