Where do I put [guru_project_manager]?
Add it to any page, post, or compatible shortcode-enabled area where logged-in users should access the project workspace.
Can Guru Project Manager run inside a popup or modal?
Yes. The frontend workspace uses AJAX navigation and modal-safe editor handling. The native WordPress task editor, link dialog, and Media Library are handled so they can work when the shortcode itself is displayed inside another modal or popup.
Who can see projects?
WordPress Administrators qualify as Guru Super Admins. Other users must have the appropriate Guru role and project membership. Project-level Manager Overrides can grant manager authority for one project without changing the user's global Guru role.
Does uninstall delete my projects?
Not by default. Plugin data is preserved unless a Guru Super Admin explicitly enables the Delete all Guru Project Manager data on uninstall setting before uninstalling.
Does the frontend workflow require page refreshes?
No for normal project navigation and supported actions. The main frontend workflow is AJAX-driven and dynamically rebinds controls after content updates.
Where are email notifications configured?
Guru Super Admins can manage notification events and the Due Soon Window under Guru Project Manager > Settings.
