Upload autoresponder-gwa/ar_gwa.php to /wp-content/plugins directory (create dir)
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Update the options for your autoresponder and also on the widget page.
To include the subscription form on your blog do one of the following:
In the 'Widgets' menu drag the included WIDGET into your sidebar
Use php code do_action('autoresponder_gwa_form_display') in your templates
Use SHORTCODE [gwa-autoresponder] in page and post content
Put the HTML FORM from the main page on any website to subscribe members
