Gym Class Pass Manager turns your WordPress site into a clean, modern booking app for gyms, boxes and studios. Members open it on their phone, see the weekly schedule and book or cancel their spot in seconds. You manage everything from the same app — no extra software, no complicated setup.
Perfect if you just need reservations to work, without plans, payments or unnecessary features.

安装:
- Install and activate Gym Class Pass Manager from Plugins → Add New.
- Go to Gym Class Pass Manager → Start and press "Open the app". Log in with your WordPress user.
- In the app, create your activities (Settings → Activities) and your weekly schedule (Settings → Weekly schedule).
- Invite your members from Members. Give them the app address so they can save it on their phone.

常见问题:
Can members book any class?
Yes. Anyone with an account at the centre can book any class while there are spots left, and cancel it until it starts. The only exception is members invited with a trial class: they can book one class until you give them full access.
How does the trial class work?
When you invite someone from Members → Invite, tick "Trial class". That person can book one class only (booked, attended or on the waiting list). If they cancel it before it starts, they can choose another one. Managers get an email when a trial member books their class. When they sign up, open their profile in Members and press "Give full access". To stop offering trial classes, turn off "Trial class in invitations" in Settings → Centre; members already on a trial keep it until you give them full access.
The app shows "page not found"
Go to Settings → Permalinks and press "Save Changes". If you use a cache plugin, exclude the app address.
Invitation emails do not arrive
Gym Class Pass Manager uses the normal WordPress email. If emails end up in spam or are not sent, install an SMTP plugin with an email account on your domain.
Is my data deleted if I remove the plugin?
No, unless you tick "Also delete activities, schedule and bookings" in Gym Class Pass Manager → Start before deleting it. User accounts are never deleted.
Where do I get Gym Class Pro?
Only at gymclass.estudio-web.es. It is a separate plugin: buy it there, then upload and activate it from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
What happens if I move to Gym Class Pro?
When you activate Gym Class Pro, this free version steps aside and Pro keeps your activities, schedule, members and bookings. You can then delete the free plugin.
