Heralda puts that bar on your site in a couple of minutes, and gets out of the way. Pick a design, write your message, set the dates, and publish. No page builder, no pop-up library, no bloat.

Two bar types
- Announcement: site-wide notices, news, shipping updates or maintenance windows.
- Promo with countdown: a live timer counting down to your offer's end date. Urgency built in, with no extra plugin.
- Scheduling: set a start and end date, and the bar appears and disappears on its own. Plan your Black Friday bar in October.
- Page targeting: show a bar on every page, or only on the pages you pick.
- Dismissible: visitors can close the bar, and it stays hidden for as many days as you choose.
- One bar at a time: if several bars qualify, Heralda shows the most recently published one, so your site never looks cluttered.
- Call-to-action button: add a button with its own text and link, in an Outline, Solid or Pill style.
- 4 design presets (Minimal, Bold, Corporate, Playful) that set a matching style in one click. Everything stays editable afterwards.
- 8 colour presets (Dark, Light, Royal Blue, Emerald, Crimson, Violet, Amber, Slate), or your own colours via the colour pickers.
- Top or bottom, sticky or static, in a full-width or floating (inset, rounded, with shadow) style.
- 6 built-in icons (megaphone, bell, gift, star, fire, tag) to catch the eye.
- Typography: your theme's font or sans-serif, serif, monospace or bold condensed, plus normal, bold, uppercase or italic text styles.
- Entrance animation (slide in or fade in) and left or centre alignment.
- Start from a template: text only, text with a badge icon, or text with a highlights list.
- Live preview: see the bar update in the editor as you change its settings.
- Loads only where needed. The bar's CSS and JS are enqueued only on pages where a bar will actually show.
- No jQuery on the front end. A small vanilla JavaScript file handles everything.
- No cookies, no tracking, no external services. The dismissed state is stored in the visitor's own browser (

- Install Heralda from Plugins → Add New, or upload the
heraldafolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen.
- Go to Heralda Bars → Add New.
- Pick a template and a design preset, write your message, set the schedule and target pages, and publish.

常见问题:
Can I show more than one bar at the same time?
Heralda shows a single bar at a time. If more than one published bar matches the current page and schedule, the most recently published one is shown. Showing several bars at once, with a priority queue, is a Heralda Pro feature.
Can I schedule a bar in advance?
Yes. Set a start and end date and publish; the bar goes live and disappears on its own. For the Promo type, the countdown runs to the end date.
Does this plugin slow down my site?
No. The bar's CSS and JavaScript are enqueued only on pages where an active bar will actually render, and the front-end script doesn't depend on jQuery.
Does Heralda set cookies?
No. The dismissed state is stored in the visitor's browser via localStorage. Nothing is stored on the server or sent anywhere.
Can I place a bar inside a page instead of at the top or bottom of the site?
Yes. Use the [heralda_bar id="123"] shortcode with the ID of the bar you want to embed.
What happens to my bars if I delete the plugin?
By default they're kept, so nothing is lost if you delete the plugin by mistake. To remove all bars and data on deletion, turn that on under the plugin's Settings page.
