Hotel Guest Guide – Hotelness helps hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses and holiday rentals create one clear guest information page for every stay. Add check-in details, Wi-Fi instructions, breakfast times, parking, accessibility, house rules, local tips, emergency contacts and frequently asked questions, then share the page with a downloadable QR code. Use the guided setup to create a draft WordPress page automatically, or add the guide manually with a shortcode. Only sections containing information are displayed, so every property can keep the page concise. QR code and printable guest sign Enter the final public URL of the guide to generate a QR code directly inside the WordPress administration screen. Download it as a high-resolution PNG or scalable SVG, or print an A5 guest sign with the property name and QR code. Generation takes place entirely in the browser: the URL is not sent to an external QR service. Available sections

Appearance and publishing The plugin includes four visual styles: Elegant, Essential, Natural and Inherit from theme. Administrators can choose an accent colour, reorder sections, use an expanded or accordion layout, and publish either the full guide or an individual section. WPML and Polylang are not required. The administration interface is available in English and Italian. Privacy The plugin does not create accounts, use cookies, track visitors or send information to Hotelness or any third-party service. Information entered by an administrator is stored in the site's WordPress database and becomes public only when the shortcode is placed on a public page. QR codes are generated locally in the browser. The optional Hotelness credit is disabled by default and can be enabled explicitly by an administrator.
