Hourvia is a WordPress timesheet plugin for small teams, tradespeople and businesses that want employees to enter weekly working hours directly on their WordPress site.
Employees use a front-end interface designed for desktop and mobile devices. Each morning and afternoon period can be linked to a job site and a vehicle, and extra interventions can be added when a day includes multiple locations or assignments.
Managers can review submitted timesheets, approve them, request corrections, unlock them when necessary and export records to CSV.
Hourvia Free works without an external service. Timesheet data stays in the site's WordPress database.
The employee-facing timesheet portal defaults to French so existing French installations keep the same experience after updating. In the Hourvia settings screen, an authorized manager can choose French, English, or the WordPress site language for employee forms. When "site language" is selected, French WordPress locales use French and other locales currently fall back to English.

- In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
- Select the Hourvia ZIP file, install it and activate the plugin.
- Hourvia automatically creates the employee pages used to submit and view timesheets.
- Assign the Hourvia employee role to employee accounts that should submit timesheets.
- Add job sites from the Hourvia job-site administration screen.
- Add vehicles from the Hourvia vehicle administration screen.
- If needed, assign a default vehicle from each employee's WordPress user profile.
- Managers with Hourvia permissions can review and approve timesheets in the WordPress administration area.
- To change the employee-facing form language, open the Hourvia settings screen. French is the default.

常见问题:
Does Hourvia require another plugin?
No. Hourvia Free works on its own.
Can an employee see another employee's timesheets?
No. On the front end, employees can only access their own timesheets. Users with Hourvia management permissions can review team timesheets in the WordPress administration area.
Is an assigned vehicle required?
No. It is only used as the employee's default selection. The employee can choose another active vehicle for a period or an additional intervention.
Can an employee use several job sites on the same day?
Yes. Morning and afternoon can use different job sites, and additional interventions can be added for the same day.
What happens after a timesheet is approved?
The timesheet becomes read-only for the employee. A manager can unlock it or request a correction when necessary.
Can the employee forms stay in French?
Yes. French is the default employee-facing language, including on existing installations after updating to 1.2.9. Managers can switch the employee portal to English or to the WordPress site language from the Hourvia settings screen.
Does Hourvia send timesheet data to an external service?
No. Hourvia Free stores timesheet information in the site's WordPress database and does not transmit it to an external service.
