1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins › Add Plugin, search for "Human Reply", then install and activate it. Or upload the plugin's zip under Plugins › Add Plugin › Upload Plugin.
2. Go to Human Reply in your WordPress admin menu and press Start now.
3. Follow the steps on humanreply.app. When they're done, you land back on Human Reply in your WordPress admin with the chat on.

You need a Telegram account and a Telegram group for your team. Setup shows how to turn on the group's Topics. On a multisite network, each site connects on its own, and needs its own domain or subdomain. A site that lives in a folder (acme.com/shop) can't be connected.
