The following are the steps to install the Image CDN plugin

In your WordPress Administration Panels, click on Add New option under Plugins from the menu.
Type ImageEngine in the search box in the top right corner.
Click the "Install Now" button.
Activate the plugin.
Click ImageEngine in the left hand menu and follow the instructions to enable the service.
Copy and paste your ImageEngine Kube delivery address.
Test the connection by clicking the button
Enable and Save the setup.
