Is this plugin free?

Yes. All features are free, including WooCommerce order sync and advanced/custom field mapping.

Do I need a Bitrix24 account?

Yes. You need an active Bitrix24 account (free or paid) and an inbound webhook URL.

Does it work with Elementor forms?

Yes. The plugin works with Elementor's built-in form widget. (Note: form submissions require the paid Elementor edition, since the form widget is only available there.)

Can I send data as Deals instead of Leads?

Yes. In Settings, enable "Create Deals instead of Leads" and all submissions will be created as Deals in Bitrix24.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is sent directly from your WordPress site to Bitrix24 via HTTPS. We never store your form submissions.

Which WPForms version is supported?

Yes. The plugin works with both the free (WPForms Lite) and paid editions of WPForms.

Can I map custom Bitrix24 fields?

Yes. Use the "Load Bitrix24 fields" button in Settings to automatically fetch all your Bitrix24 fields including custom UF_CRM_* fields.
