IntelliAssist Marketing Suite is a simple plugin that automatically creates WooCommerce REST API keys on activation and exposes them securely to administrators via a REST API and admin interface. Features:

Auto-generates Consumer Key and Secret for WooCommerce
Secure REST API endpoint (accessible only to administrators)
Admin UI to view keys and endpoint

Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/intelliassist-marketing-suite/
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
Go to "Woo API Key" in your WordPress admin menu to view keys
