A simple, mobile-friendly stocktaking app for WooCommerce. Count your physical stock from your phone, compare it with WooCommerce, and safely update your inventory when the stocktake is complete. Find stock discrepancies When counting is complete, Inventory Check compares your physical counts with the quantities recorded in WooCommerce. You can quickly see:

• Expected WooCommerce stock
• Physical quantity counted
• Stock differences
• Products requiring a recheck

Safely update WooCommerce stock Inventory Check does not change your WooCommerce inventory while your team is counting. A supervisor reviews the completed stocktake before approving any changes. Inventory Check also detects when WooCommerce stock has changed during the stocktake. Conflicting products are flagged for review instead of overwriting newer stock quantities. Designed for phones The stocktaking interface runs outside wp-admin at /inventory-check/ and is designed for use while walking around your stockroom or warehouse. What this plugin does not do

• It does not replace a warehouse-management system
• It does not collect customer names, addresses, emails, or payment data
• It does not change WooCommerce stock until a supervisor confirms in the app

1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
2. Install and activate Inventory Check for WooCommerce.
3. Log in to WordPress, then open /inventory-check/ on your site.
4. Start your first stock check.

Pretty permalinks must be enabled. Production use requires HTTPS for camera access, the installable app, and secure cookies. Shop Managers and Administrators can count and update stock.
