IPS Waitlist for WooCommerce adds a lean waitlist workflow to WooCommerce shops. Customers can subscribe to unavailable products from the product page, review their registrations in My Account and remove a waitlist registration when they no longer want a notification. Shop managers can review waitlisted products, manage waitlist entries, configure customer notices and send waitlist-related emails from the WordPress admin area. The WordPress.org package contains the free Core edition. IPS license activation, IPS distribution updates and commercial Pro package runtime are not included in this package. Extend your waitlist workflow with Pro IPS Waitlist Pro for WooCommerce adds promotion campaigns, CSV import and export, advanced conversion and earnings reports, and optional Mailchimp Transactional delivery for eligible waitlist emails. Install and activate WooCommerce.
Install IPS Waitlist for WooCommerce through Plugins > Add Plugin, or upload the plugin ZIP.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
Open IPS > Waitlist in the WordPress admin area.
Review the General, Product page and Email settings and save any changes.
Set a simple or variable WooCommerce product to out of stock to display its waitlist form.
Submit a test registration from the product page and review it under My Account.
Confirm the product and its registrations appear under IPS > Waitlist > Products with a waitlist.
