This plugin adds Google reCAPTCHA to forms of your WordPress site and protect it from spam and abuse while letting real people pass through with ease.
You can enable/disable Google reCAPTCHA for:
- Login form.
- Register form.
- Lost password form.
- Comments form.
For an automatic installation through WordPress:
- Go to Plugins > Add New
- Search for 'JGC Google reCAPTCHA'
- Click 'Install Now' and activate the plugin
- Go to Settings > JGC Google reCAPTCHA
For a manual installation via FTP:
- Unzip the file 'jgc-google-recaptcha.zip'
- Upload the 'jgc-google-recaptcha' folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
- Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Go to Settings > JGC Google reCAPTCHA
To upload the plugin through WordPress, instead of FTP:
- Go to Plugins > Add New
- Click 'Upload Plugin' button
- Select 'jgc-google-recaptcha.zip' file
- Click 'Install Now' and activate the plugin
- Go to Settings > JGC Google reCAPTCHA
