It gives the ability to users to zoom in on your main product image by simply hovering the mouse over it.
This was previously a premium extension, made free per this blog post of mine.

Unzip the archive on your computer
Upload jigoshop-magnify directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
