- Upload the
kadefy-ai-chat-builderfolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Go to Settings > Kadefy AI Chat Builder
- Enter your Chatbot ID (find it in your Kadefy AI Chat Builder dashboard)
- Click "Test Connection" to verify
- Done! Your chatbot is now live on your site.

Where do I find my Chatbot ID?
Log in to your Kadefy AI Chat Builder dashboard, open your chatbot's settings, and find the Chatbot ID in the Embed tab.
Do I need a paid plan?
No! The free plan includes one chatbot with 50 messages. You can upgrade anytime for more messages and features.
Can I show the chatbot only on certain pages?
Yes! The plugin includes page targeting. You can show the chatbot on all pages, exclude specific pages, or only show it on specific pages.
Does this work with my theme?
Yes. The chatbot widget floats on top of your site and works with any WordPress theme. You can customize colors and positioning in the Kadefy AI Chat Builder dashboard.
Is the chatbot GDPR compliant?
Kadefy AI Chat Builder includes consent options for lead capture and does not track visitors unless lead capture is enabled. See our Privacy Policy for details.
