- /llms.txt: publishes a plain-text summary of your catalog (categories and products) at the root of your site, the file AI crawlers look for.
- Product schema enrichment: fills in missing brand, GTIN and material inside the structured data WooCommerce already outputs, through the official WooCommerce filter. It never duplicates a block and never overwrites a value you already have.
- FAQ structured data: adds FAQPage markup only when a product description genuinely contains questions and answers. No invented Q&A.
- See a visibility score for every product, on two separate axes: SEO (Google) and AI search / AEO (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
- Rewrite weak descriptions in bulk, review the before and after, then publish back to your store.
- Fill the gaps that make products hard to find: thin descriptions, missing attributes, weak titles.

Do I need a Katapic account to use this plugin?
No. The three AI-visibility tools (/llms.txt, schema enrichment, FAQ markup) work as soon as you activate the plugin, with no account and no data leaving your server. An account is only needed for the optional scoring and bulk-rewriting features.
What is llms.txt?
A plain-text file at the root of your site that summarizes what you sell, so AI crawlers can understand your catalog without parsing every page. This plugin generates and keeps it up to date from your real WooCommerce data.
Will this make my products show up in ChatGPT or Google?
It makes your product pages easier for them to read and understand, which is the part you control. It does not guarantee rankings or citations: those always depend on each search or AI engine, and no tool can promise them.
What is AEO / AI search optimization?
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) means making your products clear and structured enough that AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can find and describe them correctly. This plugin covers the structural part for free.
Will it duplicate the schema my SEO plugin already outputs?
No. It enriches the structured data WooCommerce already produces, through the official WooCommerce filter, and only fills fields that are empty. It never adds a second block and never overwrites your existing values.
Does it work with my theme or page builder?
Yes. It works on the WooCommerce product data, not on your templates, so your theme or page builder does not matter.
Is it free?
The plugin and its AI-visibility tools are free, with no account. Katapic, the optional connected service, has a free plan; paid plans unlock more AI usage.
What data does Katapic access if I connect?
Only your products. The connection is scoped so Katapic reads your catalog and writes back optimized descriptions. It does not access customers, orders or payments.
How do I disconnect?
Open WooCommerce → Katapic and click Disconnect: this revokes the API key on your store. The free local tools keep working.
