The scan loop processes small batches with rest intervals. A post containing many slow links can still take time; test with your hosting resources and avoid overlapping scans.

The scanner reads standard anchor markup in published posts and pages. It checks HTTP/HTTPS URLs, protocol-relative URLs and root-relative paths. Plain relative paths, links generated only at runtime, custom-field/page-builder storage, images without anchors and custom post types are not comprehensively scanned. It does not create 301 redirects or automatically choose replacement URLs.
