Konversa is a WhatsApp customer service platform with an optional AI agent and a built-in CRM. This plugin brings your WordPress site into it.
This plugin requires a Konversa account. Without a connection key it does not send anything anywhere. The plugin interface is in Brazilian Portuguese.
- WhatsApp button for the number connected to Konversa, with a prefilled message, tooltip, color, position, device choice and pages where it stays hidden. With the AI agent on, the agent answers; with it off, the conversation goes straight to your team.
- Contact form
[konversa_formulario]: name, email and phone are required; subject, message and extra fields are optional. Every submission becomes a card in the first stage of your Konversa pipeline, with what the visitor wrote. If the person already talks to you on WhatsApp, it is the same card. - No lead is lost: every submission is saved on your site before it is sent to Konversa. If Konversa or the internet is down, the site retries on its own, and the Submissions screen shows the status of each one. Delivered submissions are removed from your site after 7 days, since they are already in Konversa, and undelivered ones 30 days after the last attempt.
- Forms you already have: Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro and WPForms submissions can also be delivered to Konversa. Each one is off until you turn it on.
- Optional email notice: each contact can also arrive by email, independent of Konversa.
- Works with page cache and without JavaScript.
- Send contacts from your theme's own forms:
konversa_enviar_contato( array( 'nome' => ..., 'email' => ..., 'telefone' => ... ) ). - Link any button to the form with a subject already chosen:

安装:
- In Konversa, go to Configurações > Sites, create a connection for your site and copy the key.
- Install and activate the plugin.
- In Konversa > Conexão, paste the key and click "Salvar e testar".
- Set up the button in Konversa > WhatsApp and the form in Konversa > Formulário.
- Add
[konversa_formulario]to any page or "Shortcode" block.

Do I need a Konversa account?
Yes. The plugin connects your site to Konversa and does nothing useful without a connection key. Learn more at https://konversa.app.br.
What happens if Konversa is offline when someone sends the form?
The contact is saved on your site first. The visitor sees the success message, and the site keeps trying to deliver it. The Submissions tab (Konversa > Envios) shows each contact and lets you retry by hand.
Can visitors see my connection key?
No. The key is stored on your site and only used by your server. It never reaches the visitor's browser.
Does it work with page cache?
Yes. The form does not depend on a session, and spam is blocked with a hidden field, a minimum fill time and a limit per IP address.
Does the plugin show a credit on my site?
Only if you turn it on. The "Atendimento pelo Konversa" line under the form is off by default.
What is removed when I delete the plugin?
Deactivating keeps everything. Deleting the plugin removes its settings, the local copy of the submissions and the scheduled tasks. Contacts already delivered stay in Konversa.

- Undelivered submissions are removed from the site 30 days after the last attempt, so personal data is never kept without a time limit. The Submissions screen says so.

- The "Atendimento pelo Konversa" credit under the form is now off by default, with a checkbox to turn it on.
- Delivered submissions are removed from the site after 7 days (they are already in Konversa).
- Safer reading of form fields: a malformed submission can no longer cause a PHP error.
- Works on servers without the mbstring extension.
- People who come from the WhatsApp button with the prefilled message are tagged "came from the site" in the CRM. The plugin tells Konversa the message when you save, connect and after updating.
- Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro and WPForms submissions can also be delivered to Konversa, turned on in the Formulário tab. Submissions without name, email and phone are ignored.
