How It Works
Product catalogs, automated fulfillment, AI tools, and commission management run on Lesuto. You set up the store from Lesuto Command Center, then connect this plugin.
- Sign up free. Create your Lesuto account to sell from the catalog, sell your own products, or both, then copy your Site Key from Command Center.
- Curate your inventory. In Lesuto Command Center, pick products from verified suppliers, upload your own, or list items for other merchants to sell.
- Connect WordPress. Install the free plugin, paste your Site Key under Lesuto → Commerce, and create store pages in one click.
- Get paid. Visitors buy on your domain. Suppliers ship catalog orders. Lesuto handles tracking and AI optimization. You collect commissions.
- Sell catalog products (zero stock). Pick products from verified Lesuto suppliers. Suppliers hold inventory and handle shipping. You earn commission on every sale.
- Sell your own products. Add your own goods in Command Center and sell them alongside catalog items on your site.

- hub.lesuto.com - Optional Hub links and promo banners only when you enable those settings in wp-admin
- Blog Sync featured images - When Blog Sync is on, a signed Lesuto webhook can copy a featured image into this site's WordPress Media Library. WordPress downloads the file from a Lesuto HTTPS host (*.lesuto.com) with core download_url. The file is stored locally. Shoppers do not load that URL as plugin CSS or JS.

Connect this plugin to your Lesuto store. Create a free Lesuto account, copy a Site Key from Command Center, then paste it in WordPress.

- Open admin.lesuto.com
- Confirm your email if asked
- If you already have an account, start here
- Copy your Site Key from Lesuto
- In Command Center, open Store → Commerce SDK
- Create a website for this WordPress site if you do not have one yet
- Copy the Site Key
- Add your domain
- In Command Center, open Store → Domains
- Add this WordPress site's domain (what shoppers type in the browser)
- Set the type to WordPress
- Save
- Install the plugin in WordPress
- Go to Plugins → Add New
- Search Lesuto Chameleon Commerce
- Click Install Now, then Activate
- Or upload the zip from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin

- In the left sidebar, open Lesuto → Commerce
- Paste the Site Key

Where do I get the Site Key?
From Lesuto, not from WordPress.
- Sign in at Command Center
- Open Store → Commerce SDK
- Open or create the website for this WordPress site
- Copy the Site Key
- Paste it under Lesuto → Commerce and click Connect
Do I already have a WordPress login?
Yes. WordPress wp-login.php is for site users (comments, membership, wp-admin). Lesuto shopper sign-in is a separate page (/sign-in with [lesuto_login]) for cart, favorites, and reviews. The plugin does not replace wp-login.php. Add Sign In to your menu if you want both.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. This is a standalone Lesuto storefront. It does not require WooCommerce.
Does this replace my WordPress site?
No. Themes, posts, pages, forms, and other plugins stay yours. The store sits on the pages you choose.
Is JavaScript required?
Shoppers need JavaScript to browse, add to cart, and check out. Search engines still get a full HTML product page.
Where does the store blog come from?
The store blog can show posts from Lesuto Social Studio. You can also copy those into normal WordPress posts for archives and SEO plugins. Your own WordPress posts are not overwritten.
How does pricing work?
This WordPress plugin is free. Selling from the Lesuto marketplace catalog is free: no inventory to buy, and Lesuto handles checkout while catalog owners ship and handle returns. You can also sell your own products or list yours for other merchants. Optional paid Lesuto plans add extra platform tools. Checkout uses Stripe through Lesuto.
Can I customize the look?
The shop follows your theme colors and fonts. You can fine-tune cards and layouts in Lesuto Studio on the live page. Your theme CSS and other plugins stay in place.
What data is sent to Lesuto?
After you connect a Site Key, the plugin requests catalog, cart, and account data from Lesuto for your store. Optional analytics events are sent only when cookie consent allows. See the Privacy Policy.

- Catalog filters, Discover, cart drawer, Track Order, and homepage sliders stay working on merchant hosts. Settings Save keeps page-type menus. Modules fill the parent width.
- Collection links use this site's collection pages instead of always /collections/{slug}. Collection tiles honor columns and tile shape. Slider cards stay inside the content column.
- Product sitemaps paginate past 100 URLs. Collections sitemaps use a lighter query. Pretty product URLs skip reserved slugs like cart. Yoast no longer emits a second empty og:url.
- Product and collection URLs keep Yoast and Rank Math canonicals. Reserved slugs such as cart and login are not treated as products.
- Store catalog uses the shop's country, not visitor Geo-IP or leftover country cookies. Collections and brands pages keep Divi/Elementor layouts. Shortcode camelCase attributes map correctly. Catalog sitemaps register with WordPress, Yoast, and Rank Math, use the store country, and are cached. Child type pages (furniture/seating) lock the product type, including existing pages that still had a missing collection slug.
- Shortcode placeholders reserve height so the page does not jump. Header search, account, and cart can sit inline. Page builders keep Cart and Account editable; Divi REST keys register only when Divi is present. PHP 8.0 is required and the plugin says so on older PHP.
- Site-wide App / Hub links only appear when that widget is on. Unchecking store chrome in wp-admin now saves.
- Catalog type pages stay locked to that type. Parent pages no longer unlock on menu sync.
- Catalog pages clear overlay theme headers. Extra Studio modules park after the in-page shortcode, not under the footer.
- wp-admin sidebar uses a square 20x20 chameleon SVG so WordPress does not squash the mark.
- Setup tab in wp-admin matches Installation: Lesuto sign-up, Command Center Site Key, add your WordPress domain, Connect, then store pages.
