Loesungswerk Event RSVP QR

Loesungswerk Event RSVP QR handles event registration for clubs, volunteer fire brigades, shooting clubs, schools and small businesses. Every guest receives an individual QR code and a personal link. That link is where they accept or decline, and the replies collect in a list inside WordPress. The plugin is built for the case where people are invited, not sold to: the summer party with a fixed guest list, the annual general meeting, the Christmas dinner, the open day. There is deliberately no ticket sales, no checkout and no pricing. Please note: the administration screens and the guest-facing pages are currently in German. An English translation is in preparation. If you need an English interface today, this plugin is not yet the right choice. What it does

• Personal invitations - one QR code and one invitation link per guest, each with an invitation number
• Open registration - a shared event QR code that lets guests sign themselves up
• Accept or decline - token-based replies; each event can allow later changes, set a cut-off date, or lock the first reply
• Guest list - add, edit, search, sort, spot duplicates, see the status of every event at a glance
• Registration page - set up with one click from the help screen, or place the shortcode [lwerq_event_rsvp] on a page of your own
• Printable invitations - A6, A5, A4, DL, square or a free size from 50 to 500 mm, straight from the admin area
• No limits - as many events, guests and replies as you like

QR codes are generated locally The QR code is generated entirely in the browser. No image service is called and no personal registration URL is handed to a third party. That is not a side effect but the reason the plugin is built this way: a personal invitation link is an access key, and it does not belong in somebody else's log file. Guest data stays in your WordPress database. The plugin itself does not send it to an external service. Data-protection obligations still depend on your hosting setup and how you use the site. No outbound connections This plugin contacts no server at all. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is checked, there is no key to enter and no account to create. It works the moment it is activated, and it keeps working. Bundled QR library QR generation includes code derived from Kazuhiko Arase's MIT-licensed QR Code generator. The upstream human-readable source is available at https://github.com/kazuhikoarase/qrcode-generator . License details are included in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. A separate, paid plugin exists For organisers who need more, a separate commercial plugin is sold by the author outside of WordPress.org. It adds CSV import and export, mail merge letters, custom invitation templates, QR check-in at the door, reporting and a portal for helpers. It is a different plugin with its own code base: none of it is contained in this package, and nothing here is locked, limited or waiting to be unlocked. The help screen contains one clearly separated section that describes the commercial alternative and links to the author’s product page.
