Looply is a service for managing complaints, returns and repair requests for online stores and service businesses in Slovakia. This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to Looply. The customer-facing forms and the plugin interface are in Slovak.
- Embedded form via shortcode — the
typeattribute selects the form:[looply_form type="reklamacie"](complaints),[looply_form type="vratenie"](returns) or[looply_form type="objednavky"](repair orders). The form automatically adjusts its height. - Button on orders — in the customer account (My account -> Orders) and on the order page, a "Complaint / Return" button appears with the order number pre-filled. The customer only enters their e-mail to verify ownership and the order data is loaded.
- No changes to your store — the plugin never edits orders and stores no personal data; it only links to the public Looply forms.
- Embedding a form with the shortcode creates an
<iframe>on the page that loads a public form fromhttps://looply.sk/f/<your-public-id>. The iframe loads content from looply.sk (the same as opening the link in a browser). It is initialised by a local script bundled with the plugin (assets/js/looply-embed.js) — no external JavaScript is loaded into the page. - The order button is a plain link to
https://looply.sk/f/<id>?order=<order number>. Nothing is sent to the service until the customer clicks it; the link contains only the order number. - Order data is loaded by Looply only after the customer enters the order number and e-mail in the form (ownership verification), using your own WooCommerce REST key configured directly in Looply.

- Install and activate the plugin (WooCommerce must be active).
- Open WooCommerce -> Looply reklamácie.
- Fill in the complaints form Public ID (in Looply -> Settings -> Forms -> "Embed on web", the
data-servis-formvalue). Optionally add the returns form as well. - Add
[looply_form type="reklamacie"]to your complaints page (usetype="vratenie"ortype="objednavky"for the other forms) and/or keep the order button enabled.

Do I need a Looply account?
Yes — the plugin connects your store to your Looply account. Registration is at looply.sk; the Start plan is free.
Does the plugin store customer personal data?
No. It only embeds the form and builds a link with the order number. The verification e-mail is entered by the customer directly in the Looply form.
Does it work with custom order numbering?
Yes. It uses get_order_number(), so it respects order-numbering plugins.
Does the plugin load any external JavaScript?
No. The embed script is bundled with the plugin. The form is shown in an <iframe> from looply.sk (the service content), the same as embedding any external form.
The form says it is not available even though it is active in Looply
Make sure you copied the Public ID of the custom form (complaints or returns) — the data-servis-form value from Looply -> Settings -> Forms -> your form -> "Embed on web". Common mistakes: using the account Public ID instead of the form's ID, or the ID of a different (inactive) form. In the plugin settings each field has an "Open form to check" link — clicking it must show the form; if it does not, the ID is wrong. To embed the repair-order form, use [looply_form type="objednavky"] and fill its Public ID (the account Public ID) in the settings.

- The plugin name now uses a plain hyphen: "Looply - reklamácie a vrátenia".
- Fixed: the embedded form did not tell Looply which site it was filled in on, so submissions coming from the plugin had no origin recorded. The bundled embed script now sends it, same as the hosted one.
- Screenshots no longer show anything that looks like a form key.
- Prefill from the order: Looply can ask your shop for the order data instead of you handing over WooCommerce API keys. Generate a token in the settings and paste it into Looply.
- The endpoint returns a single order and only when the e-mail matches the one on it. It stays locked until you generate a token, and has its own on/off switch — turning it off keeps the token, so turning it back on does not mean pairing again.
- The Complaint / Return buttons can open a page in your own shop with the form embedded, instead of sending the customer to looply.sk. Pick the pages in the settings; the order number is carried over and pre-filled.
- Buttons are no longer shown on the "Order received" page and, by default, only once the order is completed — you cannot complain about goods you have not received yet. Configurable.
- Fixed: on block themes the buttons showed twice on the order detail page.
- Fixed: with a coupon on the order, the discount was counted twice in the refund breakdown.
- Form colour: set your brand colour in the settings and the embedded form adapts to it. Per-form override with the shortcode attribute
accent="#398c9f". - Tested with WooCommerce 11.
- First release: shortcode to embed the form, buttons on orders with pre-filled order number, settings, HPOS compatibility.
