Yes. Select the products on the WooCommerce Products list, choose "Sync on eBay" from the bulk actions, and set a price adjustment in the prompt. Enter a percentage such as +10%, an amount such as +2.50, or a fixed price. A percentage adjusts each product's own price; a plain number sets every selected product to that exact price. The adjustment is saved onto each product as an eBay price override and keeps applying to future syncs until you clear it, so the Listings table always shows the price the next sync will send.
Deactivating stops all syncing. Your live eBay listings stay active on eBay — none are ended.
