[MPTS], that will do just that! it also supports multisite.

- Either download the plugin and upload it or search for it under Plugins > Add New. Activate it, too.
- Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Use the [MPTS] shortcode in post or pages
