Its tabs plugin that helps u make ur tabs giga-mega!
U need only activate it and activate SCF plugin, edit ur tabs with custom fields(screens 1 and 2) then just get ur giga-mega-tabs with shortcode-icon in ur panel of post edit, dont forget the title of ur tab (screen 3)
And edit css if u need. :)
