Upload the metronet-log folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress. If on multisite, you can also network-activate the plugin with no issues.
A helper plugin, called Metronet Log Views, allows you to view the log data.

Implement the plugin how you see fit. For full documentation, visit Github.
