MMunhoz Score Quiz is a complete, lightweight, and flexible WordPress plugin that allows you to create interactive scoring quizzes, diagnostic tests, and assessments with custom point values per answer option.
The plugin features native Bilingual Support (English and Portuguese), allowing administrators to dynamically switch all interface texts displayed on screen (admin submenus, dashboard headers, notices, buttons, frontend forms, and alerts) between English and Brazilian Portuguese with a single click. Custom questions, answers, and diagnostic messages entered by the administrator remain completely intact and untouched.
MMunhoz Score Quiz is fully universal and suitable for any industry: consulting, coaching, education, healthcare, marketing, human resources, sales qualification, audits, and performance reviews.
When respondents answer questions, each option carries a point value configured in the admin dashboard. Upon completion, the system instantly computes the total accumulated score via AJAX (without reloading the page), identifies the matching diagnostic score range, displays personalized feedback on-screen, and sends an automated HTML email report to the administrator and participant.

Can I choose the plugin language (English / Portuguese)?
Yes. In the General Settings submenu, select either English or Brazilian Portuguese from the language dropdown. All interface labels, buttons, admin menus, and notifications will instantly update to the selected language.
Are my custom questions affected when changing the language?
No. The language setting only translates the plugin's built-in interface texts (buttons, field labels, admin headings). Your customized question titles, answer options, and range messages remain exactly as you typed them.
Can I send reports to multiple email addresses?
Yes. In the General Settings submenu, simply separate multiple email addresses with a comma in the "Primary Destination Emails" field.
Where can I view submitted quiz leads?
Go to the MMunhoz Score Quiz > Sent Emails submenu. All participant submissions, scores, and dates are recorded there.
Do I need to fill all 10 options for every question?
No. You can provide only 2, 3, or 4 options. Any option left blank will not be displayed on the website.
Is the plugin mobile-friendly?
Yes. The interface is fully responsive on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
