Automatic installation
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to Plugins → Add New.
- Search for MV Form Usage Finder for Contact Form 7.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- Download the plugin ZIP file.
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin.
- Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.
- Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu.
