Yes — once you have authenticated and clicked Make Live on an agent, the widget appears on your site straight away.
How do I connect my site to Neexa AI?
After activating the plugin, go to the Neexa AI menu and click Connect to Neexa. Log in with your Neexa credentials. You will be redirected to the Configure page to select an agent.
Can I use multiple AI agents on one website?
You can create as many AI agents as you need in your Neexa workspace. Switch the active one at any time from Configure → AI Agent → Make Live.
Where do I manage conversations and training data?
Everything is managed from your Neexa dashboard. Use the Quick Access links on the plugin home page to jump directly to Conversations, CRM, or Agent Training.
Does the plugin slow down my site?
No — the plugin is lightweight. The chat widget script is loaded asynchronously from the Neexa CDN and does not block page rendering.
How do I change the position or appearance of the widget?
Go to Configure → General Settings. You can change the chat position, appearance mode (light/dark), default visibility, and mobile mini style without writing any code.
Does it work with caching plugins?
Yes. If the widget does not appear after installation, purge your cache. For aggressive full-page caching setups, exclude the widget script URL from caching rules.
