1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Look for NeoMessages menu in the dashboard.
4. Click on NeoMessages --> Settings to configure the available options
5. Click on NeoMessages --> Subscribers to see the list of subscribers and export them
6. Optionally use the Desktop Application purchased from NeoMessages to send bulk newsletter through WhatsApp messages.
