详情介绍:

Nimblura is a privacy-friendly WordPress image optimizer that processes images on your own server and converts supported media to WebP. It can automatically convert supported uploads to WebP, bulk-optimize existing Media Library images, keep restorable originals, and show storage savings from a dedicated admin dashboard. The plugin keeps the native WordPress attachment ID when an image is converted. That helps Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WooCommerce, themes, and code using wp_get_attachment_image() continue working with the same attachment record. Core features Supported source formats JPEG/JPG/JPE/JFIF and PNG are enabled by default. Extended formats are opt-in because support depends on the PHP/ImageMagick build installed by your hosting provider. All successful conversions output WebP. Safe defaults Page builder and WooCommerce compatibility Nimblura works at the WordPress attachment/file level instead of replacing builder content. Converted media keeps the original attachment ID, and WordPress attachment metadata is rebuilt when the active file format changes. This design is compatible with standard Media Library consumers, including Gutenberg and major page builders. Privacy Nimblura processes images locally with PHP GD and/or Imagick/ImageMagick installed on your WordPress server. The plugin does not upload image contents, site data, usage analytics, or personal information to the plugin author or to an external conversion service. The admin interface includes links to the author's public developer profile and LinkedIn page. Those links are only opened when an administrator chooses to click them. Project-name clarification WebP is an image format developed by Google. Nimblura is an independent WordPress plugin and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. The term WebP is used descriptively to identify the image format the plugin can create.

常见问题:

Does Nimblura send my images to an external service?

No. Image conversion happens locally on the WordPress server through GD and/or Imagick/ImageMagick.

Does it have an image quota or require an API key?

No. This WordPress.org community edition performs local processing and does not impose a conversion quota or require an account/API key.

Does conversion change the WordPress attachment ID?

No. The attachment ID is retained. The plugin updates the attached file, MIME type, metadata, and generated image sizes as needed.

Can I restore the original image?

Yes, while the randomized .original backup still exists. If backup cleanup is enabled and the backup has already been removed, restoration is no longer possible.

Why is HEIC, CR3, PSD, or another extended format unavailable on my site?

Imagick is only the PHP interface. The underlying ImageMagick installation also needs the relevant decoder/delegate. Nimblura shows server-reported compatibility in Settings.

Are SVG and EPS enabled automatically?

No. They are disabled by default because vector/delegate processing has a larger security surface. Only administrators can opt in to plugin-added vector upload types.

What happens if I uninstall the plugin?

The plugin does not delete your active Media Library images on uninstall. Media files belong to the site owner. If you want original source formats restored before removal, use Restore Original while the backup is still available.

Does it work with Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce?

The plugin keeps native attachment IDs and rebuilds WordPress attachment metadata, so standard Media Library integrations and page builders continue referring to the same attachment record.
