What is a Bot ID?

A Bot ID is a unique identifier provided by NoForm that links your website to a specific chatbot configuration.

What happens if I enter an invalid Bot ID?

The plugin will show a validation error and will not save the value. The chatbot script will not be loaded.

Does the plugin load anything if the Bot ID is empty?

No. If the Bot ID is empty, the plugin does not inject any scripts or affect the frontend.

Which languages are supported?

The plugin includes translations for English (default), German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Ukrainian.\ If a translation is missing for the current locale, English is used automatically.

Does it work with all themes?
