NoShow Deposit Payments extends your existing Contact Form 7 workflow with Appointment Manager, Stripe deposits, payment records, refunds, branded customer communication, and automated reminders—all managed from one dashboard. Built for appointment-based businesses that already use Contact Form 7, including medical clinics, dental practices, therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, salons, beauty clinics, consultants, coaches, lawyers, agencies, and other service businesses. NoShow Deposit Payments Pro adds Slot Manager for recurring appointment availability, slot capacity, double-booking prevention, and analytics for appointments, payments, refunds, and revenue. This plugin requires Contact Form 7. If Contact Form 7 is not installed and active, the plugin shows an admin notice.   1. Install and activate NoShow Deposit Payments. Contact Form 7 must be active.
  2. Go to NoShow Payments → Settings, enter your Stripe Secret Key, and connect your Stripe account.
  3. Create your Stripe webhook with one click from Settings.
  4. Map your Contact Form 7 service field and pricing list.
  5. Choose which Contact Form 7 form should trigger the appointment workflow.
  6. Customers submit the form, complete payment in Stripe Checkout, and automatically receive a branded confirmation email after payment is confirmed.
Privacy & Data Appointment details, customer email addresses, and payment references are stored in your WordPress database. Payment card details are entered directly on Stripe Checkout and are not stored by this plugin. SMTP credentials are used only to send plugin emails.

  1. Upload the noshow-deposit-payments folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install it from the WordPress Plugin Directory.
  2. Activate NoShow Deposit Payments.
  3. Install and activate Contact Form 7 if it is not already active.
  4. Go to NoShow Payments → Settings to configure your business, Stripe, services, appointment mapping, emails, reminders, and refunds.

Yes. NoShow Deposit Payments is an appointment management add-on for Contact Form 7. It remains active if Contact Form 7 is missing, but its appointment and payment workflows require Contact Form 7 to be active.

Does NoShow Deposit Payments replace my existing Contact Form 7 forms?

No. Continue using your existing forms. NoShow Deposit Payments maps the relevant fields, such as service, price, date, and time, then adds appointment and payment management after a customer submits the form.

Can I collect Stripe deposits in my own currency?

Yes. Connect your Stripe account, map service and price fields in Contact Form 7, and send customers to Stripe Checkout to pay the configured deposit in your business currency.

Can I send branded confirmation emails and appointment reminders?

Yes. NoShow Deposit Payments sends merchant-branded customer confirmations after payment is confirmed, automated 24-hour and 2-hour reminders, and admin notifications.

Can I customise the customer emails?

Yes. You can edit the email subject and HTML body in Settings. Available tokens include {customer_email}, {deposit_amount}, and {booking_details}.

Can I refund an appointment payment?

Yes. Eligible payments can be refunded from the WordPress admin. You can set a refund cutoff to control how many hours before an appointment refunds are allowed.

Can I prevent double bookings in Contact Form 7?

Yes, with NoShow Deposit Payments Pro. Slot Manager lets you set recurring availability and capacity, then prevents bookings for unavailable or full slots.

What is included in the free version?

The free version includes Appointment Manager, Stripe deposits and payments, payment records, refunds, branded confirmation emails, automated reminders, admin notifications, Contact Form 7 field mapping, Stripe Checkout, Stripe webhooks, and SMTP support.

Which Stripe API keys do I need?

You need a Stripe Secret Key, beginning with sk_live_ or sk_test_. The webhook secret is generated when you use Auto-create Webhook in Settings.

Can I test before accepting real payments?

Yes. Use Stripe test keys (sk_test_...) and Stripe test card numbers before switching to live mode.

What happens to the default Contact Form 7 confirmation email?

For payment-enabled forms, NoShow Deposit Payments sends its own confirmation after Stripe confirms payment, so an appointment is not confirmed before payment succeeds.
